Through our weekly consultations we will discuss your progress on the personalized fitness plans I'll create for you and I'll teach you the "why's" behind your fitness approach.

Basically, this coaching service is designed to help you get rid of all of the "guesswork" so that you can have an evidence-based training and nutrition approach.

With so much contradicting information available on how you should approach your training and nutrition for a better-looking and healthier physique, it's understandable that many people are confused on how they can achieve their fitness goals.

My goal is to make this an educational experience that you will cherish for the rest of your fitness career.

With that said, online coaching is not for everyone. For those who are completely new to exercise or are currently experiencing an injury, working with a professional in person can be more useful. What You Will Receive

  • A Periodized Training Plan

    A periodized and progressive training plan is imperative for good results. Your 12-week training plan will be tailored to your training needs and will include built-in variation to help you maximize your progress.

  • A Flexible Nutrition Plan

    For most people, having a very strict diet is not sustainable, which ultimately leads to a lot of frustration and it drains your confidence. This is why your nutrition will be structured in a flexible manner with a focus on creating healthy eating habits.

  • Lifestyle Guide

    Managing basic lifestyle factors like sleep and stress have a significant effect on your overall progress. This is why you will receive a lifestyle guide that teaches you how to manage your sleep and stress levels more effectively.

  • Progress Tracking (Weekly Skype Calls)

    You will receive easy-to-use progress tracking sheets that you fill in to receive feedback from me during our weekly call.  This allows me to make adjustments to your fitness plans whenever necessary so you can maximize your results.

  • Real 1-on-1 Coaching Experience

    I will take on only 10 people today to ensure that I can provide a personalized coaching experience. If you manage to claim a spot, the plans you receive will be built from scratch to make them suited towards your goals and lifestyle.

  • You Can Text Me Anytime

    If you have any burning questions during the week, you will be able to text me through the Telegram messenger app and I’ll usually respond within a few hours.

  • Lifting Form Checks

    A downside of “Online Coaching” is that I won’t be able to be in the gym with you to teach you how to properly execute certain technical movements. But if you are able to film the exercises you perform, I’ll be willing to check your lifting form.

  • An Educational Experience

    I have an evidence-based training and nutrition approach so that I can teach you “why” something works instead of just telling you what to do. My goal with this service is to coach AND educate you.

How It Works

To really get in the swing of things and start seeing results, the coaching service is a commitment of 3 months. After the 3 months you can evaluate whether it's necessary to continue with the coaching service or not.

The 3 months go in as soon as you receive your training and nutrition guides. It usually takes about a week after purchasing to get started due to the preparatory work necessary to provide you personalized training and nutrition plans.

The cost of the coaching service for the first 10 people who purchase it is $149 per month. Payments are made every month through PayPal or Stripe. It's simple and safe for both of us.   • Q.How do I get in contact with you after purchasing?

    A.Once you’ve made your purchase, you will be redirected to a “Thank You” page in which you fill in a questionnaire and plan your introductory consultation. I’ll also be emailing you my contact information within 12 hours after purchasing.

  • Q.How do I track progress?

    A.Every week we will have a Skype (or Facetime) consultation discussing your progress based on a progress tracking sheet I will put together for you. Based on relevant data and your feedback I will assess whether any changes to the plan are necessary.

  • Q.Do you work with everyone?

    A.This online coaching service is designed for those who already have some training experience and are looking to maximize their results. If this is you and you have don’t have any injuries or suffer from a medical condition, I will be able to work with you.

  • Q.Do you give refunds?

    A.If after our first consultation you change your mind and no longer want to be part of the coaching program, you will be refunded your payment for the first month.

  • Q.Do I have unlimited access to you?

    A.There are no limits to how many times you can contact me throughout the week. Any time you have a question you can text me and I will respond as soon as possible.

  • Q.Am I in need of any special tools to follow the training and nutrition plans?

    A.To follow this coaching service the only 3 things you’ll need are a computer with good internet connection, a digital body weight scale, and a place to train.

  • Q.What payment methods do you accept?

    A.Payment of $149 is taken every month through PayPal or Stripe (depending on whether you choose to pay with PayPal or Credit Card).
