iWannaBurnFat Online Coaching is designed to help you get rid of all the "guesswork" so that you can be confident in your fitness approach and get results. Through our introductory coaching call and an extensive questionnaire, I will learn more about your fitness goals and lifestyle.
After this thorough initial assessment, I will personally design a custom training and nutrition plan that is tailored to your goals and lifestyle. Once you have received your plans, it is time to take action and monitor progress. We will have weekly email consults and monthly video calls to hold you accountable and discuss your overall progress.

Lifting Form Checks
Whenever you want to get your form checked on the exercises we use, you can send me a video and I will provide form feedback.
Progress Tracking (Weekly Consults)
Every week you will receive feedback from me via an email consult. Once per month, we will have a video call to discuss your progress in detail. This enables us to make changes to your fitness plans whenever needed to maximize your results.
Real 1-on-1 Coaching Experience
I purposely do not consult with many coaching clients at a time to ensure I can provide a personalized experience. If you manage to claim a spot, we will work together to optimize your fitness results.
1-on-1 Video Consults To Discuss Your Progress
I care about your results and want to make sure you are fully equipped to make the most out of your fitness efforts. So next to our weekly email consults, you will also have monthly video calls with me.
During these calls, we discuss the progress you made while following the training and nutrition plans I have written for you. This allows us to make changes to the plans if needed to achieve better fitness progress over time.

Unlimited Text Support & Accountability
Having someone that holds you accountable increases the likelihood of achieving your goals. This is why I regularly check up on you via text messages. Whenever you have any questions, you can also text me and I am quick to respond.

Q. How do I get in contact with you after applying?
A. Once you have applied to my coaching service, I will respond to your application within 24 hours. If I have any spots left, we can start with the coaching service that same week. If not, I will notify you when a spot is available again.
Q. How do I track progress?
A. Every week we will have a consultation discussing your progress based on a progress tracking sheet I will put together for you. Based on relevant data and your feedback I will assess whether any changes to the plan are necessary.
Q. Do you work with everyone?
A. This online coaching service is designed for both males and females that have at least 3 months of training experience and are ready to put in work to achieve their goals. If this is you and you have don’t have any injuries or suffer from a medical condition, I will be able to work with you.
Q. Do you recommend any specific diets?
A. The nutrition approach I will design for you is completely personalized. So instead of following specific "popular" diets, I will create a sustainable eating approach that suits your lifestyle. Our Coaching Calls and your Questionnaire answers will allow me to personalize your nutrition approach.
Q. Do I have unlimited access to you?
A. There are no limits to how many times you can contact me throughout the week. Any time you have a question you can text me and I will respond as soon as possible.
Q. Am I in need of any special tools to follow the training and nutrition plans?
A. To follow the fitness plans, the only 3 things you will need are a computer with a good internet connection, a digital body weight scale, and a place to train.
Q. What payment methods do you accept?
A. Payments are made monthly through PayPal or Stripe (depending on whether you choose to pay with PayPal or Credit Card).
Q. What is the price of the coaching service?
A. After you apply, the pricing of online coaching will be disclosed.
